Art in lockdown

My lockdown story has been about rediscovering painting after a break of almost 30 years, so I'm indulging myself with a video of the journey. It began in the early summer, when I came across an advert for a free art course (thanks Louise Fletcher and the many artists I have got to know since). For those of you that know me, this feels like phase two of “Rebearth” which began after a serious illness in 2014. Strange, but not that surprising, how it takes a brush with mortality, followed by a global pandemic, to bring about a creative adventure. So lucky to have time and space to follow this path and be open to where it might lead next.
